  • Quotes Roundup – May 2020

Another month, another set of Looking Glass Saga quotes! One of these months I’ll do another book, but this is kind of my life right now!

  • Looking Glass Saga Microfic – Rayne

Looking Glass Saga Microfic – Rayne

In today’s microfic ((I’m doing this as 250 characters or less)) of The Looking Glass Saga, a quick look at Rayne after catching Alice looking in the mirror back in Paint the Roses Red.

Rayne saw what was in the mirror. Alice talked about Wonderland as a child. After that afternoon, Rayne thought she was seeing things. She thought they were all in her head.

But they were in the mirror too. The mirror…

It was in her head. It had to be.

  • Tentative Looking Glass Saga release dates

It’s probably time for a progress report. After releasing Gentle Current Into Danger and leaving everyone like that, I’m sure you want to know when you’re going to see the rest of the series and what happens next. We’re getting so close to the end, so when will you see it?

I’m working on the last two! They are on their way! I don’t want to rush them, but I do have tentative release dates for myself that I’m aiming for so that I can get them out by the end of the year.

All Mad Here I am aiming to have out for August 25th!

The unnamed final book of The Looking Glass Saga I’m hoping to have out on October 20th!

Now all I have to do is get them done. Wish me luck!

  • Gentle Current Into Danger is now out!

Today is the day! Book 8 of The Looking Glass Saga is out!

If there was one thing Alice was good at, it was lying.

When Alice swears that she is done with Wonderland, Adrianna wants to believe she is telling the truth. Alice has stopped going to Wonderland, stopped vanishing at a whim, stopped ignoring her teachers in class. It’s like she’s a whole new girl, one that is ready to move on with her life and start working toward her future.

But there are cracks appearing in the mirrors–and in Alice’s facade. There is more to that growing illness than she is letting on. But Adrianna has other problems, from Arthur blackmailing her into a relationship to her brother still being possessed. It’s only a matter of time before Wonderland comes knocking again, and someone will answer its call.

  • Return to Wonderland: Chapter 1 Reading

Another day, another reading! This time I opted to try the one for the first chapter of Return to Wonderland!

  • Looking Glass Saga Playlist

For anyone currently looking for a soundtrack to listen to while you’re getting ready for the release of Gentle Current Into Danger next week, I got you covered! This is the playlist I’ve been listening to while writing, so you might enjoy it while you’re reading!

  • Gentle Current Into Danger coming April 15th!

Yes, I realize I didn’t actually make this announcement yet, so here it is! Gentle Current Into Danger, the eighth book in The Looking Glass Saga, is coming out on April 15th, 2020!

  • Which Path You Take is out!

Which Path You Take is out!

Which Path You Take, book 7 of The Looking Glass Saga, is out! Digital for now, I’ll let you know as soon as the paperback is ready!

Alice might have won, but she was far from finished.

The Bandersnatch is gone and Alice is free of the bet they made. Adrianna is awake. Wonderland may be spiraling further into madness but at least with school back in session Alice can try to get her life back to some semblance of normal.

Adrianna, however, is not the same girl she was before. Since she woke up, she is much more aware of the truth behind Alice’s lies and more determined help free Alice of Wonderland’s grasp, whether Alice wants it or not.

  • September 2019 Quotes Roundup

This month it was a bunch of Beauty Sleep quotes! Let me know what you’d like to see next month!

  • Ms Miller Backstory

I’m going to be doing a short series about the backstories of characters that appear in The Looking Glass Saga that don’t get nearly enough attention and probably never will. To start with, Ms. Miller!

Ms Rose Miller is an educational tutor that is currently working while going for her PhD in Child Psychology. Her specialization is with children with autism, though working with Alice has been a it of a special case. She took the job of caring and educating a child who was advertised to have a very tenuous grasp on reality because it presented a unique challenge and because it was very good money at a time when she desperately needed it.

She is not fond of the situation that she ended up with in terms of Alice. The issue was largely with the parents believing strange things about their child and giving her a very different complex. When mentioning it to colleagues, they warned her quickly that the Liddells had a reputation of making things difficult for anyone who tried to call CPS. Careers had been left ruined by what were deemed false accusations of those who pressed too hard. She doesn’t think that the children in the house are safe there, but ultimately doesn’t want to ruin her career before it gets started.

Given this, Rose’s focus remained entirely on the well being of the girls in the house. While Alice was a docile girl looking to stay out of trouble, her sister was much less willing to remain under her father’s rule. Eventually, she ran away and Rose helped her escape once she was sure of the situation that she was escaping into, promising to keep an eye on her sister.

Aside from Alice, Rose watches over three other students that are much less intensive, which gives her just enough time for her thesis and a relationship, especially now that she is only seeing Alice during the summers. She has been seeing Theodore Williams, a social worker she met through her program, for two years and they have been talking about marriage after Rose finishes her degree.
