Dealing with Danger: White Noise Edition

Look, I don’t even go here.

You got dragged into this mess when all you wanted was to go about your day, and now people are asking you for things you don’t know you can provide. You make the best of whatever situation you’re in, and you will help where you can, but you can never forget that you never asked for this.

If it helps you or the people you know, you will stay and help wherever you can, but danger is not something that you’re comfortable with. Your compassion only extends to a point, and that point is when you think this is going to get you killed.

It’s tough being the only competent person in the room.

You’ll take charge of a situation since no one else seems to understand what’s going on. You might act a little reflexively, but some action is better than just waiting for something to happen.

But there’s a reason for the joke, isn’t there? You understand that, even if the situation can’t be lightened a little, you’re probably missing something. You’re curious and want to know more, even if something is going horribly wrong. Especially if something is going horribly wrong.

Just stay out of my way.

You would really like it if everyone stopped getting themselves in trouble, but you’re used to it by now. You look at the situation and, if you figure they didn’t get themselves into it, you will get them out of it. If only they would stop trying to make it worse.
